For 2019 the club is offering a Varsity program and a Junior Varsity program. The Varsity program is focused on competitive play for skilled and senior players, and the JV program is focused on bringing up the next generation of varsity players with a focus on player development. Players will be assigned to teams based on performance.
Registration for the 2019 season is open until late February. To register by mail, download and complete the registration form and US Lacrosse Membership form, and drop off at the lacrosse mailbox at the West Salem High School main office.

A refundable equipment deposit of $200 will be collected in the form of a check, which will be destroyed upon receipt of club equipment at the end of the season.
Players will be required to provide a helmet, shoulder pads (with shoulder cups), arm guards, gloves, athletic cup, mouth guard, molded cleats (no metal spikes), and a lacrosse stick. The club will provide team uniforms to each player.
